What are some good sports bars to watch U of M sporting events?
Sure! Here are a few of our personal favorites: Arbor Brewing Co on East Washington, The Arena on East Washington, Bar Louie on East Liberty, Blue Leprechaun on South University, and Buffalo Wild Wings on South State Street. If none of those are your style, give us a call and let us know what you have in mind. We'll be happy to find the perfect sports bars for your day and night in Ann Arbor.
There are a lot of smokers in my party. Are they allowed to smoke cigarettes on the bus?
We're sorry, but smoking is not allowed on any of our buses. You do have unlimited stops so you can take a smoke break when needed.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You cannot cancel your reservation. When you put down the deposit or the hold, you are promising to pay for the service that you requested. If you don't use the service, you'll still have to pay.
Can we bring food on the vehicles with us?
Yes you can as long as you try not to make a mess. If there is a huge mess to clean up afterwards, you may be charged a cleaning fee. There are coolers in the vehicles to chill your food and drinks.
Do you do sweet sixteen parties and/or high school proms?
We certainly do. It's one of the services that we are most happy to provide because we know what a huge concern it is for parents to have their young teens on the road for these events. You've got so many things to worry about, including drunk driving and distracted driving. When your teens are on the road with us, you know that they're safe from all those things, and best of all, you know where they are at all times.
Can I change my reservation time?
You can't change the day's of your reservation, but if there is an availability, you may be able to change the time earlier/later or you can upgrade/downgrade your vehicle.
Do you have insurance and all the proper paperwork?
We are absolutely insured and have all the needed and correct paperwork for the State of Michigan. If you would wish to see a copy of the papers, just ask us and we'd be happy to provide you with the proof.
What if we go over our reservation time?
That's okay! Take your time if you are having fun. You will be charged your hourly rate in increments of 15 minutes so that you don't pay for time you don't use. You will have to pay that with cash at the end of your run.
Can we bring all our own alcohol on board?
Absolutely. Our buses all have built-in bars with coolers, and we provide ice and cups. All you've got to do is bring your favorite beer, wine, and/or liquor. Of course if you don't like to drink alcohol you are more than welcome to bring an assortment of your favorites, like bottled water, iced tea, and sports drinks.
Do you offer any special perks for your wedding day customers?
Yes, we do! We offer a special wedding day package that includes red carpet service, decor for the interior and exterior of the bus including Just Married signs, and bottled waters. Give us a call to find out what else we have to offer for your once in a lifetime wedding!
What are your office hours/service hours?
Our phone lines are open 24 hours day. If you email, we try to get back to your as soon as possible. We provide service all day as well so that you can party when you want to.
Are there any hidden fees you're keeping from me?
Absolutely not. There is nothing to gain from hiding something from you. We like our costumers to know everything about us and our business so that they feel comfortable renting with us, ultimately resulting in a great time.
